"Sinterklaas" went to her school today, and she is convinced that "zwarte piet" will visit our house tonight. So she sang really loud "sinterklaas-songs"and placed her shoe (and otto's little red sneaker) near the chimney and also a"pintje for Piet" and some suger for the horse "slecht weer vandaag". i can't wait to see her little happy face tomorrow :-)

what a day !!

Boem, someone hit our car.... but that is not all...sunday the 15th...what a day!
vicky and i decided to go Ghent to welcome back Eveline and "bernaardje paardje"(they went to Vietnam). Let's go by train, it will be great for the kids! hmm, great for the kids, yes, but not for us. Three kids, one (too large) buggy, and way to many bags...not very handy on a train. certainly not handy when you have to run from one train to another... then when we were finally on the right train...we heard on the speakers that a train hit a person in Aalter (that's our station) so the train had to stop (a half hour drive from our original station) it took us more than two hours to get home....

One of Lou's birthdaypresents, the Playmobil farm...dad and Lou spent two hours putting everything together....Lou spent most of the day playing with it... she really likes playmobil.

Lou with oma, mamfie and birthday cake: Hiep hiep hoera! 02/11/02 is Lou's b-day, so today our little girl is not so "little" anymore, she's already 7 years, waauw! we had a party with fireworks-chocolate cake and spaghetti.

As a birthdaypresent we went to Planckendael, Lou was so happy that she wanted to give us a big hug...a really (look at her teeth) big hug!

Friday, i had to go to work, just for one day, because my dad went on a (short) holiday.

Look at Otto's big smile, we had so much fun. And he was such a good boy, he slept most of the morning and in the afternoon he sat in his 'bumbo' (on my desk) and smiled....

Sunny wednesday

Invitation cards Lou and i made for her birthdayparty this sunday.

Yesterday...all of a sudden i had this great idea...and five minutes later i was buying paint....not "just" paint....the color has a beautiful name...it's called: Bloem (from flexa voor VT wonen)

It was a bit scary because the first layer was weird...it was not really the color i had in mind....but today...the second layer was much much better...i like it, it makes me happy, Looks like sunshine says Lou.

Friday i'm in love

Otto is in love with his Godmother Eveline.
Friday there was a "goodbye" party for Eveline at Vicky's. Well....goodbye....Eveline left only on holiday to Vietnam for three weeks. But Vicky thought that was a good reason for a party. Personaly i think every reason is good for a party!!
Maybe it would be a great idea throw her a welcome home party, hihi.
