After gym-class Lou's friend Rosan came along, they have such an incredible imagination, all the stuffed animals in the house were operated or taken care of that afternoon, because they wanted to play "dieren in nesten". The blue table, was the operating table, they used my wrapping paper to put around broken legs and paws:-)

What a surprise when i opened the canned pineapples. I thought there would be normal sized pineapple rings in it...but no, the rings were tieny-tiny....sooooo very cute!

i never made a lampshade before.....now i did :-) (or tried:-))))
i had the wrong glue so my tissue is a bit wrinkled, but it was fun fighting with sticky glue, next time i'll use spray-glue instead of velpon :-)

and i never painted on porcelain before, and now i did that too....

man,.... there are so many things i want to try, but there is so little time to mess around with experiments...what a pitty, people should "make" time more often to experiment and do things they really like doing, instead of cleaning and ironing...haha

monday shop-day

Don't panic, we do not have giant birds in the house, this is Lou, showing her new undies (thanks vicky) and Lou discoverd they were the same color as her new book...

Today i went shopping with two amazing, incredibly sweet, beautiful, funny, charming, ....friends.

We had the time of our lives, laughing, drinking capuccino, shopping, talking, or should i say 'kwebbelen'.

and i bought this vest at "DESIGUAL". wow, just what i was looking for!

I also bought, shoes, two colourful skirts and a green knitted vest. 5cd's. and one book by Mark Oliver Everett: "things the grandchildren should know".

What a great day! (dispite the cold wind).

We should do that more often....are there any sponsers???? anyone??

Out of bed... Otto is ALWAYS smiling in the morning, and to see such a happy face really makes my day, everyday.... (or... he is just making up for the sleepless nights....haha)

Hi, we're back!

It seems like i took a really long christmas holiday, but that's not true, instead i went back to work, K went on holiday to Sevilla with three friends and there he lost my camera, so i couldn't post my pictures. He bought me a brand new (even better...and more expensive) camera.
It was fun being home alone with the kids, doing all kinds of stuff we don't do when dad's at home ( very cosy snugly cudly in the big bed). Lou missed her dad the first days, but after a while she started to get used to being alone with me, haha....But she was very happy when he got home...me to xxx
